1.1 We accept the following payments methods: Credit/Debit cards and PayPal Items will always be shipped to the cardholders address unless otherwise requested.
1.2 All orders placed are subject to stock availability. If for any reason we cannot supply an item we will refund any money paid for goods. This also extends to an error in the price or description of a product, whereby an order may be cancelled. 2.1 All customers can choose from a range of shipping options, which can not be amended after checkout. All orders placed before 1.00 pm will be dispatched same day or the following day if ordered after 1.00 pm Monday to Friday.
2.2 We will not be held responsible for incorrect postal address’ resulting in failure to receive your goods. Please check you have entered the correct delivery address. No refund will be given for goods delivered to the wrong address.
2.3 Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail or Myhermes.
2.4 Next day delivery by courier is not guaranteed but we find that in 99% of instances this is a reliable delivery

2.7 In the case of a failed delivery, we will e-mail you with the courier contact details and tracking number/s, so that you can arrange for a re-delivery or collection from their depot. Should you not contact the courier within 5 working days the goods will be returned to ourselves, after which we will issue you with a refund less the initial shipping costs + £4.99 return shipping costs. Refused orders will be returned to our warehouse, after which we will issue you with a refund less the initial shipping costs + £4.99 return shipping costs. If Royal Mail or MyHermes are unable to deliver they will leave a 'sorry we missed you' card with details on how to either arrange a re-delivery or collect your order from your local sorting office. Items not collected will be returned to ourselves where upon receipt we will contact you and give you the option of re-delivery at a cost of £3.00 per item, or a refund less £2.99 restocking fees.
3.1 All products sold carry a twelve month warranty unless otherwise stated
3.2 The warranty starts from the date of purchase, if an item needs replacing the items warranty does not extend or start again in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
3.3 The warranty does not extend to any other device you are connecting our products to, all products must be used in the manufacturers recommended way.
3.4 If any goods returned to us are deemed tampered with your warranty will become null and void and no refund will be given, the product will also be disposed of in the approved manner.
3.5 The warranty, both manufactures and Chargers Direct does not cover accidental damage or failure to comply with the manufacturers intended use.
3.6 In the event of a faulty product or failure we will not be held responsible for any losses incurred whilst we replace or repair the product.
4.1 If you are not completely satisfied with any goods purchased from us you may return them for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
4.2 All refunds will be paid back in the same manner they were received unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Costs of return carriage will always be met by the customer unless a faulty or incorrect item have been sent.
4.4 Any item found to be faulty within the warranty period should be returned to us for a free replacement
4.5 Before returning any item to us please contact us for a returns number, no goods can be returned or processed without an authorisation number being issued.
4.6 Any items returned not following this process will void our return spolicy and no replacement item or refund will be given.
4.7 The customer is responsible for the safe return of any goods, we strongly recommend sending with a proof of delivery in the unlikely event we do not receive the goods or they are lost in the post. We will not be held responsible in such an event.
4.8 Free Shipping is applicable with purchase only. If you choose to return an item(s) you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the cost of shipping.
5.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied.
5.2. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
